CamCard has done a great job I love the backside photo feature so you can have both sides of the card scanned into the application.

I dont worry about keeping any of my business cards. I just scan them and discard the originals. The scanner is pretty good and recognizes most sensible designs and fonts.

I have been using this app for a few months now to keep track of business cards. and once the information is entered I find this app very useful. Not all of the business cards scan in well and I find I have to correct or enter the information for some fields. I found that taking photos work better if I place the cards on a dark background.
